What to Expect During Treatment
Therapeutic phlebotomy is a quick, in-office procedure performed by trained medical professionals.
During your visit:
- A small amount of blood is safely drawn
- The process typically takes 15–30 minutes
- Most patients tolerate the procedure well
Your provider will determine how often treatment is needed based on your lab results and overall health.
Most patients are able to return to normal activities shortly after their visit.
