About Ebony Eaglin, FNP-BC
Born and raised in Lafayette, LA, Ebony Eaglin, FNP-BC, always had a heart for caring for others. She moved to Lake Charles to attend McNeese State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022.
With over a decade of experience in nursing, Ebony has worked in diverse clinical settings, including medical-surgical, physical rehabilitation, mental health, primary care, and aesthetics. Her well-rounded background laid the foundation for her passion in preventive health, wellness, and aesthetic medicine.
As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Ebony now specializes in hormone replacement therapy, medically-managed weight loss, and cosmetic injectables. She is passionate about helping patients feel vibrant, confident, and empowered—inside and out. She takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans that blend science with a touch of artistry.
Ebony currently resides in Lake Charles with her beautiful daughter. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, getting creative with DIY projects, attending concerts and festivals, and staying active in the gym. Whether she’s helping someone reclaim their vitality through hormone therapy or enhancing natural beauty with injectables, Ebony brings warmth, expertise, and a personal touch to every patient encounter.
