Common Questions from New Patients

  • How do I get started as a new patient?

Every new patient begins with a comprehensive lab panel. You can schedule your lab appointment online and even prepay for a discount (20% off). After your lab draw, you’ll return for a follow-up consultation with a Provider to review your results and personalize your care plan.

  • What happens after I complete my labs?

Your follow-up consultation is typically scheduled within a week. At that visit, your Provider will review your lab results, answer your questions, and walk you through your treatment options.

  • What does the initial consultation consist of?

Your provider will review your lab results with you, discuss your symptoms and goals, and recommend a treatment plan that fits your needs. At this appointment, you'll also choose which service tier (Basic, Preferred, or Executive) best suits your lifestyle and decide which recommended treatments you’d like to begin.

  • How much does it cost to get started?

New patient labs cost $249.99, but if you prepay when scheduling online, you'll receive a 20% discount, bringing the total to just $199.99. This price includes both your lab draw AND your follow-up consultation, giving you (2) appointments in one convenient package. It's a simple, affordable way to begin your personalized care at Rejuvime.

  • Do I have to fast before labs?

Fasting is not required, but we do recommend fasting for at least 8 hours—especially if you are actively managing cholesterol or lipid levels

  • Is the lab work necessary?

Yes. Your labs are the foundation of your care plan and required before any treatment can begin. We will continue to monitor your lab results throughout your time as a patient to ensure your treatment stays effective and personalized. The best part? All of your labs are included in your monthly membership—so there are no surprise bills.

  • Can I use labs from my primary care doctor?

No. To ensure accuracy and consistency, Rejuvime requires labs to be completed through our clinic. Our panel is more comprehensive than a typical primary care panel.

  • What's included in the lab panel overview?

At Rejuvime, we're not just looking for basic markers. We go deeper—because your symptoms and your goals deserve more than a general snapshot. In addition to a typical PCP panel, we test for key hormone and metabolic markers like testosterone, DHEA, luteinizing hormone, and IGF-1. These extra layers of insight help your provider understand how your body is functioning and allow us to build a plan that’s truly tailored to you.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome for lab work only, but we strongly recommend scheduling ahead to avoid wait times.

  • What are the lab work hours?

    • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM
    • Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:15 PM

  • How often will I need labs after my first visit?

Your full panel is repeated each year to track progress. Additional labs may be drawn throughout the year to monitor your response and optimize treatment.

  • What if I’m already on hormone therapy elsewhere?

Please let your nurse know at your lab appointment. Hormones from another clinic can affect your results and how we interpret your panel.

  • Do you accept insurance?

No, Rejuvime is a concierge clinic and does not accept insurance. However, we do accept both HSA and FSA for payment. Coverage can vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your provider to ensure your visit and care are eligible—this helps avoid any issues with reimbursement.

  • Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Yes, we accept both HSA and FSA. Coverage can vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your provider to ensure your visit and care are eligible—this helps avoid any issues with reimbursement.

  • Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Patients must be at least 15 years old to receive treatment at Rejuvime. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at all appointments and complete all necessary paperwork.

  • Who will I meet with?

After your labs are completed, you'll meet with one of our experienced Rejuvime Nurse Practitioners (NP).

  • Is there a doctor at Rejuvime?

Your care is overseen by a board-certified physician, Dr. Jonathan Weiler, who has extensive training in both surgery and aesthetics, ensuring your treatment is safe, medically sound, and based on modern best practices.
