Michelle, a social media and content creator discusses her journey with Rejuvime.

My name is Michelle.I’m 57 years old. I am a social media content creator. I came to Rejuvime for hormone replacement therapy. Working with Rejuvime was seamless, so the first step was that I made a consultation to go in and just see is this a good fit for me? And then of course, they advised, well, let’s start with blood work and let’s go from there because it, that’s gonna show everything. And so that’s what we did, the first step was blood work. I had so many symptoms that come with menopause. I had moodiness, I had restless sleep. They show me exactly where my levels are different than where a healthy level would be. And so it, that’s factual. That’s black and white. That’s not an opinion or a feeling. That is just the truth. And so it put my mind at ease to know that I wasn’t just thinking this in my head, like this was a real thing. My life has changed since being on HRT in a number of areas. Clear thoughts is one that was huge to me. Just clarity of mind and being able to focus and not be moody. My sleep has been better, which then you have more energy during the day when you have a restful night of sleep. I just overall have felt more myself. You don’t realize how bad you feel, have felt, until you feel good again. And then when you feel good again, you’re like, oh, why did I live like that? Why did I wait so long, because I could have been feeling healthy.

Low libido can affect confidence, relationships, and overall well-being. While stress, lifestyle, and emotional factors all play a role, one of the most common and often overlooked causes is hormone imbalance. When hormone levels are out of sync, both men and women may notice changes in sexual desire and performance . Understanding Libido and Hormones Libido, or sexual desire, is a complex process influenced by the brain, body, and emotions. Hormones act as the body’s chemical messengers, controlling everything from mood and metabolism to reproductive health. When hormone levels shift too high or too low, they can disrupt sexual desire. The three most important hormones connected to libido are testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone. Each one influences sexual health differently, but all three work together to maintain balance.
