How the New Model Works
In the old VIP model, Sarah paid one bundled monthly fee that included her service and her medications.
Now, Sarah pays a lower monthly service fee that covers her care, labs, and supplies, and she only pays for medications when she refills. Her total annual cost stays about the same, but she gains flexibility and personalization.
